Customers can cancel their request anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which they
have submitted a service request. If the cancellation is made **at least 12 hours before the scheduled service time**, the customer will be eligible for a refund. The refunded amount will be credited within **5 to 7 working days**.
However, if the request is completed or canceled within 12 hours of the scheduled time, no refund will be applicable. There is no refund policy once a request is fulfilled.
You can cancel your service request anytime before the cut-off time of the service slot. Once the request is processed after the cut-off time, cancellation may not be possible, and charges may apply depending on the service terms.
Shrawan Care uses this information to provide you with the service you have requested. We may also use the information to communicate with you about new features, products, or services, or to improve the services that we offer by tailoring them to your needs.
Credit/debit card information is never shared with outside parties for promotional purposes. When you purchase products or services, we will ask for your billing address, your phone number, and credit/debit card information.
