T&C:

1. The Pick-up date, time and location cannot be changed once a booking is confirmed.

2. Advance Payment required to book your number on doctor clinic.

3. Patient is moving as per his/her guardian consent, in any circumstances medico-legal cannot be applied.

4. 50% advance payment required on conveyance booking.

5. Client must behave politely and calmly with our Attendant (Shrawan).

6. Additional charges may be applied for extra waiting time of conveyance.

7. For home Attendant safety & security will be taken care of by the client.

8. For 24 hrs. home attendant, food & shelter will be provided by the client.

9. After confirmation of your request, if you want to cancel the request then you will be charged the full amount of service. There is no return policy.

10. Customer can cancel their request anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot for which they have pushed a request for service. Once the request is completed, no refund will be provided. There is no refund policy.

T&C (For Attendant):

1. All KYC documents of the attendant are verified.

2. Attendants must have required qualifications (GDA, Nursing, JNM).

3. Ideal duties are shifted to 10 hrs (Day/Night).

4. All vehicles used in SHRAWAN CARE are registered.
